BookWise

BookWise

THE COMPANY

"I was the CEO of another company when I left to join BookWise. I believe BookWise is what home-based businesses always dreamed of being."
Larry Bosh / Former CEO of Denali

BookWiseTM is the brainchild of #1 bestselling author Richard Paul Evans. Shortly after Evans wrote his internationally bestselling financial book The Five Lessons A Millionaire Taught Me About Life and Wealth, he began looking for ways for his readers to "win in the margins". Unsatisfied with the business models already available, Evans set out to create the most logical, enjoyable home-based business in the world—one with low risk and high potential income. Following his passion for books, Evans, with the help of business experts, developed a revolutionary way to not only build a home-based business but to improve personal intellect and well-being and build a better world.

BookWise is an Enlightened Company

It was important to the BookWise founders to create an 'enlightened company': one with both moral and social responsibility. Not only is a portion of the proceeds from every monthly book donated to charity, but BookWise Corporate donates ten percent of their company profits to charity as well.

WHO ARE THE BOOKWISE FOUNDERS?

Building one of the largest internet booksellers in the world requires a powerful and experienced executive team. To run this new company, Richard assembled a group of leaders from various industries. These are the BookWise Founders:

Richard Paul Evans, CEO, Founder
Richard is more than an award-winning #1 Bestselling Author (with a string of eleven New York Times bestsellers and 13 million plus copies of his books in print worldwide). He is also a savvy businessman and entrepreneur. At the age of 31, Richard was awarded the coveted Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Lifetime Achievement Award. Richard is also the founder of The Christmas Box International; an organization that helps abused and neglected children. BookWise combines three loves of his life: Books, Business and Charity.

Robert G. Allen, Founder, Co-Chair

Robert G. Allen is one of North America's most famous and most influential financial advisors. After graduating with an MBA from Brigham Young University in 1974, Robert began his real estate investment career and turned his successful experiences into the #1 bestselling book, Nothing Down, with forty-six weeks on the New York Times national bestseller list. He followed that success with four other major New York Times bestsellers with sales in the millions: Creating Wealth, Multiple Streams of Income, The One Minute Millionaire and Cracking the Millionaire Code: Your Key to Enlightened Wealth. He has appeared on hundreds of programs including Good Morning America, Larry King and Your World with Neil Cavuto. He has also been featured in such national publications as The Wall Street Journal, Newsweek, Barron's, Money Magazine, Redbook, and Reader's Digest. In addition to his publishing career, Robert and his wife of 30 years, Daryl, have enjoyed extensive success in the network marketing industry as one of the top 25 associates in a major company for the past ten years. On his decision to become a founding member of BookWise, he says, "When I sense that something major is about to happen, I don't question my intuition. I simply jump and ask questions later. BookWise is such an opportunity. I said to myself, 'Bob, you'll kick yourself if you miss this.'" Mr. Allen is thrilled to add his name and expertise to BookWise—a company that is destined to transform the lives of people all over the world.

The BookWise Founders are more than a dream team of business leaders and authors, but a group committed to helping hundreds of thousands of individuals realize their greatest potential through books.

Q. How do I make money in BookWise?

There are six ways to make money in BookWise:

1. QuickStart Commissions

Active Associates will receive a $35 QuickStart Commission on the first qualifying order placed by each new Associate they enroll. Sponsors only receive the $35 QuickStart Commission for those new Associates they have also enrolled. For example, if Liz enrolls and sponsors Mark, she gets the $35 QuickStart Commission on Mark's first qualifying order. If she then enrolls Jim and places him under Mark with Mark as Jim's Sponsor, Liz is the only one who receives the $35 QuickStart Commission on Jim's first qualifying order.

2. Unilevel Commissions
The Unilevel compensation plan was created with four main objectives:
- Simplicity
- Quick Profitability
- Possibility of Profitability
- Fairness

To accomplish these four objectives, BookWise rejected the complex qualifying methods associated with most MLMs. There are only two simple qualifications necessary to get paid on eight levels. In addition, there is a third qualification to meet the Bonus Level payments:
- Associates must maintain Active status (having a monthly qualified purchase of at least $35) in order to participate in the BookWise compensation plan and earn Unilevel commissions on level one.
- Associates must maintain Qualified Associate status (having enrolled at least three Active Associates in their organization) in order to get paid on levels two through eight.
- Bonus Level—Associates must enroll a minimum of nine Active Associates into their organization to get paid on the Bonus 9th Level. We call this the Nine for Nine.

Unilevel commissions are based solely on the Monthly Book Selection orders of Active Associates in an organization's downline. All other book order commissions will be paid as Additional Volume Commissions. The Unilevel percentages for each level of a downline are as follows:

Level 1—2%
Level 2—4%
Level 3—2%
Level 4—1%
Level 5—1%
Level 6—1%
Level 7—2%
Level 8—3%
Bonus Level—4%

3.Matching Commissions
This is the truly revolutionary part of the BookWise Compensation Plan—an active Qualified Associate will receive 100% matching commissions on all Unilevel Commissions paid to any Associate they have enrolled in their organization. Imagine if you got to match the checks of everyone you hired at your day job. Pretty exciting idea, really.

4. Preferred Customers
Associates can enroll Preferred Customers into their organization and will earn a 10% monthly commission on all of their Preferred Customers' purchases.

5. Direct Retail Sales
When you join BookWise and purchase a BookWise starter kit, you become a bookstore. All BookWise Associates may purchase books at wholesale prices (40% off) and resell them to friends, family, book clubs, reading groups, etc.

6. Additional Volume Commissions
Active Associates receive a 1% commission on additional books purchased by all Associates in the first five levels of his/her downline, excluding Monthly Book Selection orders.
